Leadership, research and best practices for using mobile learning devices as effective teaching tools were highlighted along with practical resources to guide school administrators with mobile learning implementations.

As the Project Director for the Consortium for School Networking’s Leadership for Mobile Learning initiative, Lucy is charged with developing tools and materials to support school leaders seeking to implement mobile learning programs. Prior to launching her own educational technology consulting firm, Lucy served in various capacities related to educational technology at the University of Chicago's Laboratory Schools, Urban Education Institute and Center for Elementary Mathematics and Science Education.
