About the Presenters
Jason Willoughby is the Director of Action Learning Systems.  He is an award-winning elementary and secondary school teacher, and secondary school administrator.  At Action Learning Systems, Jason coaches teachers, principals, and district administration in all aspects of school reform, including system-wide development, implementation, and analysis of standards-based curriculum, instruction, and assessments.
Jessica McCreary is an Instructional Coach for Action Learning Systems, specializing in mathematics. With 21 years in education service and six teaching credentials, she has taken on various K-12 roles, including bilingual teaching, teacher mentoring and coaching, principalship, and leadership in mathematics education.
Caitlin Hartman is an Instructional Coach for Action Learning Systems. Previously, she was an elementary teacher and a literacy coach at a bilingual school.
